Pursuant to the Initial Becision of the Presidlag Officer dated l Onteber 10,1M2, and on the basis of a report from Yankee Atemic Electric Company dated Osteber 10, 1962 that the physical modifications of the fosility described in Yonkee's Amendment No. 41 to its 11 sense application have been eenpleted, and eenfirmation by the ABC's Division of Complismes of the satisfastery completion of these modifientions, the Atomic Energy Commission has issued Amendsomt No. 4 to Fesility License No. DPR-3. The license authsites Yankee Atomic Electric j Company to possess and operan its suelear power facility ,

leented at Rowe, Massachusetts. The amendment (1) increases 1 the naminua antherized steady state power level from 435 megawatts (thermal) to 540 megawatts (thermat) and (2) revises  !
