ISSUANCE OF AMENDHENT FOR TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. M96936)
Dear Mr. Quennoz:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 198 to Possession-Only License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Possession-Only License in response to your application dated October 23, 1996, supplemented by letters dated December 12, 1996, March 31, 1997, and April 9, 1997, i
The amendment revises the Possession-Only License to add license condition 2(C)(9) to allow processing of spent fuel debris in the Trojan Fuel Building.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A notice of issuance will be included in the Commission biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
Also enclosed is a copy of an Environmental Assessment which was published in the Federal Reaister on June 9, 1997 (62 FR 31465).
