Gentlemen:
Enclosed find copy numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of an amendment, dated October 30, 1978, to our proposed Industrial Security Plan dated May 10, 1978, to meet the requirements of 10CFR73.55.
This amendment responds to various outstanding questions posed by your staff in a March 30,1978, meeting, and documented in your April 28, 1978 letter, and subsequent telecons.
The Arkansas Nuclear One management reorganization submitted to you by our letter dated October 16, 1978, has also been incorporated.
This amendment proposes modifications to and supercedes those pages of our May 10, 1978 plan. You are requested to destroy the superceded pages of the flay 10, 1978 plan.
Due to the proprietary nature of this plan, we request that this document be withheld from public discloture in accordance with 10CFR2.790.
