These licenses currently contain a condition, number 9, which reads:

"The plutonium authorized for export by this license shall not be transported by air."

I'his is to advise you that condition number 9 is revised to read as follows:

" Shipments of plutonium by air, other than plutonium contained I

in a medical device designed for individual human application may only be made in packages the design of which the NRC has specifically approved for transport of plutonium by air."
