NRC-31-95-241 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1)
Exercise the option period two to extena the period of performance of the contract from May 1, 1997 through October 31, 1997; (2)' Increase the ceiling of the contract by $29,591.36, from $119,730.43 to
$149,321.79, to allow for additional telecommunications services; and (3)
Increase the funding in the contract by $8,000.00, from $117,448.53 to
$125,448.43.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
1.
SECTION B, SUBSECTION B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DEllVERY ORDERS, paragraph (a), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(a) The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $149,321.79."

SECTION B, SUBSECTION B.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORERS, paragraph (b), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

SECTION F, Subsection F.3, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence. on May 1,1995 and will expire on October 31, 1997. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specificed in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.
(See 52.216 Ordering.) The i
term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government an additional 12 months."
