ORDER FOR SPECIAL PPDIEARING GXTERENCE The October 24, 1978 joint motion of the Petitioner, Applicant, and Regulatory Staff for a special preheanng conference in this pro-ceeding is hereby granted. The conference will begin at 9:30 a.m. , on Monday, November 20, 1978 at the lake County Board Room (10th Floor),

lake County Building,18 North Ccunty Street, Waukegan, Illinois. If necessary, the conference will continue cn Noveder 21 and, for a part of the day, on November 22.

The Licensing Board will hear the oral argunent of the parties and Petitioner on any notions which may have been presented at the time.

Additionally, the Board will consider the setting of a schedule for further actions in this proceeding.
