NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD The above proceeding has been in an inactive status for an extended period of time and there is presently a vacancy with respect to the position of Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for this proceeding.
Accordingly, John F. Wolf, Esq., whose address is 3409 Shepherd Street, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20015, is appointed Chairman of this Board. Reconstitution of the Board in this manner is in accqrdance with Section 2.721 of the Commission's Rules of Practice; as amended.
