' This ref ers. to.the inspection conducted. by Mr. W. H. Schultz of this office on September 19, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material Licenses No. 34-00486-04, No. 34-00486-08E, and No. 34-00486 and to.the discussion of our findings with Mr. John Miller at the conclu-sion of the inspection.
The inspection we an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation. saf ety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection ~ consisted of a selective examination of pro-cedures and representative records, observations, and interviews with personnel.
The inspection also included a review of the actions described in your letter dated Adgust 17, 1976, regarding apparent items of noncompliance f ound during our' July 15, 1976 inspection of License No. 34-00486-09.
-We have no further questions regarding these matters.
No items.of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the. course of-this. inspection.
