In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Georgia Power Company hereby submits three copies of Revision 4 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 Nuclear Security Training and Qualification Plan.
By copy of this letter, two copies are being provided to the NRC Region II office.
Revision 4 incorporates a clarification concerning psychological evaluations and minor editorial changes.
Enclosure 1
provides a
description and justification of the changes. provides instructions for incorporation of the changes.
The revised training and qualification plan pages follow Enclosure 2.
Since public disclosure of security information may jeopardize the safety of the facility, we request that the enclosures to this letter be maintained as proprietary and withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
