In addition, responses from previous requests for additional information are provided where new updated information has become available.
Responses are provided via letter format to reet your schedule date for receipt of responses from Supplemental Q-l's by November 6,1978 e, that Regulatory Staff Positions (Q-2's) can be issued by the NRC Staff on December 1,1978.
The enclosure contains printed pages containing responses and updated FSAR pages.
New and updated information provided with the enclosure is marked as Revision 15 Information contained in the enclosure vill be submitted as Revision 15 to the Midland Plant Units 1 and 2 ISAR as an amendment to the Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses on November 30, 1978.
Should changes occur that necessitate revising the technical content in the enclosure between now and the November 30, 1978 amendment, they vill be clearly designated in the November 30, 1978 submittal to facilitate staff review.
We are available to discuss these and previous responses should the staff find it desirable to do so prior to the issuance of Regulatory Staff Positions on December-1, 1978.
