IC'.lU was concerned that the Stua did not notify the.a of an ins;,cction cn Cctober 6 but the IC'lU has boon accompanying the Stata on more recent' inspections. The State sent an enforcement letter to the licensee l (IMC) on Cccober 28 cicing several itcas of noncompliance including lack of training and the respiratory protection procrcm. OSP will review the State's action during a iaceting in "ovember.
