Wo protest your conduct of the hearings on oposed Allen's Creek Nuclear power plant. As peddisne>3 we are given little time to prepare supplementary petitions and testimony. You also frustrate public participation by trying to narrow drastically the range of concerns that nay be raised; holding preliminary hearings in an out-of-the-way place; and scheduling hearings on weekdays during office hours. You seem to be frantically rushing the hearings at the behest of Houston Lighting arx1 Power. The Texas Attorney General's Office is opposed to your unseemly haste.
