SEDIMENTATION POND REPAIR - DISCHARGE SERIAL NO. 102 This is in follow up to my Fe'bruary 24 notification letter to you regarding the BFN sedimentation pond leakage and repair, and confirins a March 18 telephone conversation between Treena Piznar of your office and Madonna Martin of my staff.
In the notification letter, we y
committed to provide to your office by April 1 a report on how the sedimentation pond was originally constructed, the extent of the repairs, and the results of testing to determine the success of the repr.i r s.
The repairs are now finished, but the testing has not yet been completed.
Due to delays encountered, the report will be submitted to your office by May 15 rather than April 1.
