ORDER The NRC staff has moved for an extension until February 5,
1988, of the time within which to respond to the January 7,
1988 motion of the Attorney General of Massachusetts for directed certification of certain Licensing Board rulings.
The motion is granted in part.
If the staff determines that it is necessary to file testimony before the Licensing Board in response to the Federal Emergency Management Agency l
testimony on beach shelter issues (due today), its response l
to the directed certification motion shall be due on or before February 5, 1988.
