MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL TESTIMCfN OUT OF TIME On January 13, 1988, this Atomic Safety and Licensing Board made an order requiring the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to file its proposed Supplemental Testimony on sheltering issues on Friday, January 22, 1988, and to serve the same on all the parties on Monday, January 25, 1988.

Despite diligent efforts, FEMA was unable to prepare its Supplemental Testimony by January 22 and so asks leave to file it today, January 25.

Copies thereof have been served, to the extent possible, on all active parties, by telefax machine, and on all parties by Express Mail or the equivalent.

Respectfully submitted,

$_s sr H. d6SEP.
