_FYR 88-12 SAFETY EVALUATION 2.
Create the possibility of a new or different kind of. accident from any previously analyzed. This change affects only the control rod position indication and monitoring capability and not the specification for actual control rod position. The deletion of reference to three-loop operation merely eliminates obsolete information. The removal of the word "movable" enhances the ability of the plant to monitor control rod position. -Therefore, this change does not create the possibility of a new or dif ferent kind of accident f rom any previously analyzed.
