In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), Georgia Power Company. hereby submits Revision 10 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 Emergency Plan (the Plan).

Revision 10 incorporates organization changes through February 17,

1988 and other miscellaneous, minor revisions. Enclosure 1 provide:; a detailed description and justification of the individual changes.

Enclosure 2 provides revision insertion instructions. The revised Plan pages follow Enclosure 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, two copies of Revision 10 are being sent to the NRC Region II Office, and one copy to the NRC Senior Resident Inspector at Plant Vogtle.

The changes are therefore consistent with 10 CFR 50.54(q). Details of the individual changes are provided below.  !
