NOTE TO: FILES - SSD 97-01, SSD 97-FROM: M. BURGESS I DATE: FEBRUARY 27,1997 RE: Division of case hto SSD 97-01 and SSD 97-This case was unassigned at the time of transfer to Massachusetts (MA). At the time of transfer, no action taken other than to identify the issues in order to determine what parts of the action should be transferred to MA. From the incoming letter it is not possible to determine exactly what certificates and licenses are involved. The letter references both the -03 and the -
02E licenses, but the letter also says that the move will effect only one of lon Track's products, the Leakmeter 200, which is an 'E' item. MA needs to contact licensee to determine whether this is a move in entirety to another location, or if it is a second location, in order to determine exactly what action, if any, needs to be taken by MA regarding the '-G
- certificate (NR-0399-D-104-G), and the -03 license. The NRC will do likewise to determine whether any changes need to be made to the three '-E " certificates and the -02E license. Attached is the summary sheet provided to MA at file transfer. AcGon SSD 97- was created to track the NRC portion of the request. SSD 97- remains with the NRC.
