During the month of October,1978 the NRC Staff initiated review of discovery documents received from Houston Lighting & Power Co. and Texas Utilities Co.
Staff is presently negotiating further discovery of Houston, and preparing responses to Houston's First Set of Inter-rogatories, dated October 17, 1978.
