Please take notice'that the Atomic Energy Commission by an order of the Presiding Officer, dated May 19, 1959, has amended Construction Permit No. CPPR-5 issued'to Yankee Atomic Electric Company. A public hearing on the proposed amendment was held on April 9,1959 The Presiding Officer delivered his intermediate decision and order amend-ing Paragraph D of'the Constiuction Permit.to read as follows:
"D.
Yankee, Atomic Electric Company has adequate financial resources to meet the requirements of the Atomic Energy
.a Act and the regulations issued thereunder in reference to the project set forth in the construction permit e
issued herein, as amended, and is financially qualified pursuant to Section 50.h0(b) of the AEC regulations to design and construct the facility (nuclear reactor) and 1
is financially qualified pursuant to Section 50.60(c)(2)
