PLAN - REVISION 27 The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits changes to the FNMC Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's (CNFD) Fuel Manufacturing Plant located near Columbia, South Carolina. The attachment to this letter provides explanation of the changes incorporated within the revised FNMC Plan (pages submitted as enclosures).
