LIST OF FALSE MATERIAL STATEMENTS FROM MISSISSIPPI POWER AND LIGHT At your request, I've inquired as to the existence of a list of all errors comitted by Mississippi Power and Light in its application for a license for Grand Gulf.
I could not find a comprehensive list.
However, to the extent that the utility identified errors in the technical specifications in an April 19, 1984 letter, and that any enforcement actions now under consideration by NRC would identify specific acts, there should be partial listings of false material statements.
