Request for Export License
Dear Mr. Peterson:
We hereby request an XCOM license to export the components described in 10CFR Part 110.8 (a) (5) through (a) (9) to any of the countries listed in 110.26(a).
These components would be exported to these countriec for 1) testing purposes, 2) qualification, 3) use as models, or 4) for manufacture in those countries and subsequent return to the United States for use in U.S.
reactors or for testing or qualification purposes.
It would be appreciated if the license could be for five (5) years; the dollar value would be $5,000,000.
