MATERIAL STATUS REPORTS - OOS/NRC Form 742C PHYSICAL INVENTORY LISTING With reference to activities authorized by NRC license SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE Nuclear Energy hereby requests exceptions be granted to certain requirements as described in the attachment to this letter.
Pursuant to 10 CPR 2.790(d), GE Nuclear Energy requests that the attachment to this tter be withheld from public disclosure as it contains information which identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM.
Pursuant to 10 CPR 170.31, a GE check for 'S150 will be forwarded to the NRC under separate cover.
GE Nuclear Energy personnel would be pleased to discuss this matter further with you and your staff as you may deem necessary.
