This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. H. Schultz of this office on September 7, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 34-02044-01 and to the discussion of our findings with you and Mr. D. R. Kinloch at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an er==ination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Conscission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and inter-wiews with personnel.
The inspection also included a review of the actions described in your letter dated March 18, 1977, regarding an apparent item of noncompliance found during our February 9, 1977 inspection. We have no further questions regarding this matter.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
