Aceetent between Wolverine Power Company and Consumers Power Company, May 31, 1923; in response to 120 request 4 The Wolverine Power Coc-pany is the predeceuor of 'Tolverine Electric Corporation. Although this contract for the purchase of power generated by da=s on the Titta-bawassee River has been modified through contract supplements, it re-tains the basic agreement between Consumers Power Cc=pany and Wolverine Electric Corporation. The contract supplements refer pri=arily to financial matters, and have not che.nged the provisions of Paragraph 6(c) of the original contract.
