Thank you for your letter of September 7,1978 in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated August 21, 1978.
As a result of our review of your letter and Mr. L. Wilborn's discussion with you by telephone on September 18, 1978, we find that additional information is needed.
Specifically, your reply did not address the corrective actions taken by management to avoid further noncompliance regarding items 2, 3 and 5 of our Notice of Violation.
You should, therefore, submit this information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
