In accordance with your submittal dated February 17, 1978 and supplements dated January 20,1978, March 13,1978, April 3,1978 and June 30, 1978 and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No SNM-1168 is hereby amended to incorporate your decommissioning plan. Accordingly, Condition No.16 listed below is hereby added to your license:
Condition 16. At the end of plant life the licensee shall decon-taminate the facility and site in accordance with the general decommissioning plan submitted in the enclosures to the letter dated February 7, 1978 and the supplement dated June 30, 1978, so that these facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use. The financial surety agreement, to assure that funds will be available for decommissioning, submitted by letter dated March 13, 1978 and supplements dated January 20, 1978 and April 3, 1978, are hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
