Amendment No.4 covers increase of 50.93kg of Uranium.
22.92kg of U-235, 45% enriched, which was originally scheduled for delivery at the end oi last year 1987.
The delivery of the nuclear material have long been overdue.
Therefore issuance of license is urgently requested.
Anything you could do to expedite this request would be highly appreciated.
