Task Order No. 2 Entitled. " Performance Assessment Analysis in Support of the Jefferson Proving Ground Environmental Impact Statement Development", Under Contract NRC-02 97-001 l

Dear Dr. Patrick:

In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this l letter definitizes Task Order No. 2. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical ,

I proposal submitted with the proposal for the basic contract award. The effective date of this task order shall be May 27, 1997.

i Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from May 27. 1997 through January 31, 1998 ,

with a cost ceiling of $164,430. The amount of represents the total  !

estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of represents the cost of l facility capital, and the amount of@ represents the fixed fee for this l task order. I The amount obligated on this task order document is $115.565. It is estimated that this amount will cover task order performance through October 30, 1997.

The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.

Accounting Data for Task Order No. 2 is as follows:
