- l NAN requests the NRC to provide all documents prepared or utilized by, in the possession of, or routed through the NRC containing any and all information related to the following
- 1) Any and all information within the Office of Investigations cases regarding investigations which have occurred and/or closed within the time frame of May 8, 1986 and the receipt of this letter.
This request extends to any and all docu-ments from any other NRC offices which may have been involved in any way, or have information pertaining to any OI cases.
- 2) Any and all Quality first files, or portions of files, within the NRC's control and/or possession.
In your response, please identify which documents correspond to each request itemized above.
If any of the material covered by this request has been destroyed and/or removed, please provide all surrounding documentation, including but not limited to a description of the action (s) taken, relevant date(s) and justification (s) for the action (s).
For any documer.ts or portions of documents you deny due to a specific FOIA exemption, please provide an index itemizing and describing the documents or portions of documents withheld.
Pursuant to Vauchn v. Rosen (I), 484 F.2d 280 (D.C. Cir. 1973),
cert. denied, 415 U.S.
977 (1974), the index is required to provide a detailed justification of your grounds for claiming each exemption and an explanation of why each exemption is relevant to the document or portion of the document withheld.
