- Enclosed are copies of partial responses to a recent Freedon of Information Act (F0IA) reouest to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) from the law firm of Kirkpatrick and Lockhart, requesting six categories of records relating to the NRC's recent rule on off-site Emergency Planning for nuclear power plants.
