Subject:
Miscellaneous Amendments / Search Requirements Reference c) provided NRC with additional information relevant to the subject Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan changes and as requested per Reference b).
Subsequently, an informal request for additional information was made by our Plan reviewer concerning the Reference c) submittal.
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Attachment A which con-tains the marked up page to the Plan.
This change addresses these concerns and was discussed with Ms. Jane Gibson of your staff.
Upon receipt of NRC approval of these Proposed Revisions to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan, we will issue formal revisions to the Plan in accordance with the implementation schedule in the subject rule.
Attachment A to this letter is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION and, as such, is to be withheld from public disclosure IB accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
