AlChemIE physical security plan for A1ChemIE Facility-2, Oliver F Springs and five (5) copies of the security plan for the shipment of classified material and equipment from the Gas Centrifuge Enrichment Plant, Piketon, Ohio, to AlChemIE facilities in Oliver Springs and Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Revision 1 to both of these plans incorporate NRC comments received on February 24, 1988.

In that the safeguards requirements have not been finalized between NRC, the Department of Energy and AlChemIE, .Sdction 19.0, Nonproliferation Controle, has been, omitted. I,t' is our intent to finalize Section 19 by April'8, 1988. /
