Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby l
request withdrawal of a " Request for Exemption" filed by the l
District on July 14, 1970.
The Request sought an exemption for the District from the reycirement then imposed by 10 C.F.R.
S 21.31 that the District's procurement document for a transformer specify that the provisions of 10 C.F.R. Part 21 apply.
On October 19, 1978, the Commission published l
amendments to 10 C.F.R. Part 21 which remove this requirement.
l Since the Request is no longer necessary, therefore, the l
District requests its withdrawal.
A Certificate of Service showing service of the document on the person named therein is also enclosed.
