50-328 In response to a verbal request by Don Lasher of the NRC staff during the telephone conversation of September 21, 1978, this is to confirm that the Solid State Protection System (SSPS) general warning alarm circuit has been modified for both units 1 and 2 at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.

These modifications were accomplished in accordance with Westinghouse Field Change Notices TVA-105955 (unit 1) and TEN-10572 (unit 2).
