Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Enclosed are eight (8) copies of the following Hittman document for your review in support of our application for a Certificate of Compliance for the HN-215H Shipping Package:
Hittman Drawing STD-02-077, Rev.
3, "HN-215H Cask Assembly" Revision 2
of the HN-215H Cask Assembly drawing was previously submitted to you for your review in the above referenced letter.
This drawing has been revised to provide additional fabrication and fastening details for the ratchet binder bolts / pins.
It has also been revised to raflect
- various, circumferential locations of the vent.
These changes to the HN--215H Cask Assembly drawing do not affect the safe operation of the package and no changes to the cask Safety Analysis Report are required.
The
$150 application fee associated with the processing of this application for a Certificate of Compliance was forwarded to you with'.
our July 13, 1987, letter.
It is noted that the attached documents are stamped "PROPRIETARY" and bear notices relative to the further dissemination of this infor-mation.
