In that the safeguards requirements have not been finalized between NRC, the Department of Energy and AlChemIE, Section 19.0 Nonproliferation Controls, has been omitted. Additionally, Section 18.0, Sc;urity of Automatic Data Processing Systems, is currently undergoing revision, and therefore, has not been included with this submittal. It is our intent to finalize Sections 18 and 19 by April 8, 1988. ,
