Region I comments on proposedRule Making Mr. Bykoski Thank you for giving us the opportunity to comment on the proposed rule making and the attached commission paper.
Region One reviewed the proposed commission paper and rule making for financial assurance for teletherapy and krypton -85. We concur with the proposed packags. We agree that these changes are needed and would save the NRC and the Licensees significant amount of time and effort. If you have any other issues on this , please give me a call at 610-337-5209.
