ASLBP 00CKET FILES The ASLBP Docket Room has not been getting copies of all filings for the Docket Room file::.
Accordingly, henceforth all Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards in all cases must require all parties to include the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel (ASLBP) Docket on their service list and provide the ASLBP Docket with two copies of any document sent to the service list. The address to be used for the ASLBP Docket is as follows:
Adjudicatory File Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Docket U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission Washington, D.C.
20555 These Docket copies are in addition to copies sent to the Board members by way of service lists.
If copies to Board members are hand carried or delivered throug.1 a special delivery service to the ASLBP offices, the two Docket copies should be delivered at the same time.
