The Am-241 Source, which may contain either of the sealed units listed in Item 8C line 2 of the application, has our designationl89A038A and bears the label 278D107A. Two samples of lable no. 1780593A are enclosed; no samples of 278D107A are available, but it will be similar in color and fom to 1780593A.
Serial number, date, and activity are stamped on the labels using a non-smearing, waterproof ink.
The labels refer to two sec-tions of our Instruction Manual.
Copies of these sections are enclosed.
Sources are not shipped in advance of the date stamped on the label.
All sources are shipped from our plant, street address as follows:
