I am a member of Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy, Inc.
("OCRE").
2.
I reside and own real property at 8275 Munson Road, Mentor, Ohio, about 13 miles from the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
3.
I believe that the operating license amendment sought by the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company to remove the Perry Technical Specifications pertaining to the Main Steam Isolation valvo Leakage Control Systam poses c threat to my life, health, and property value.
4.
I authorize OCRE to represent my interests in this operating license amendment proceeding.
5.
I hold the office of OCRE Representative.
Article VI.C.5 of OCRE's Regulations empowers the OCRE Representative to act on behalf of OCRE in any proceeding before the Nuclear Regutatory Commission.
I am, as a duly authorized member and officer of OCRE, empowered to represent OCRE in this proceeding l
