I am happy to be able to accept your invitation to speak on Monday , February 23, 1979, during your conference,
" Waste Management '79." My remarks will be titled, " Waste Management--Uncertainties and Their Implications."
I appreciate your waiving the registration fee for the conference, but I am afraid I must decline your kind offer to provide me with accommodations at no cost. However, I know my office would appreciate your assistance in obtaining reservations for me at the Doubletree Inn and will be in touch with you later in the fall when my travel plans are more firm.
