BI-MONTHLY BAILEY FAILURE REPORT HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Pursuant to commitments contained in the Public~ Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) letter from C. A. McNeill, Jr. dated October 15, 1986, attached please find the Bailey 862 Solid State Logic Module (SSLM) Bi-Monthly Failure Report for the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS).
This report covers both lE and non-lE 4
modules and summarizes inservice failures per month by class, assembly type and failure type.
With respect to the last two month period, December 1987 - January 1988, 4 Bailey 862 SSLM failures were identified that had an affect on the circuit in which they were used.
These failures are discussed in the attached Bi-Monthly Report.
This constitut<a the last Bi-Monthly Report.
Any additional failures will be included in the Final Bailey Report, to be submitted prior to startup from the first refueling outage.
