Aavance notification for an import stupment of nuclear material from countries that Transnuclear reference: TNY 97026 REVISED are not party to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material This letter constitutes Transnacicar Inc.'s advance notification to the USNRC in compliance with the requirements as outlined in 10 CFR 73.74(a)(1)(2) for an import shipment of low strategic significance material from Countries that are not parry to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material.
