Article I - Statement of Work, Part C. Report Requirements:
Under paragraph le Monthly Progress Report, delet,e the second sentence in entirety and substitute the following corrected sentence: '.
"(The first monthly report shall provide the initial cost projection for the life of the contract by month and subsequent reports shall either provide revised projections or indicate 'no change in the cost p roj ection ' . )" m Under paragraph 3. Final Report, add the following:
"The final report shall be formatted in accordance with NRC Manual Appendix.3202." ;
