1. WHEiEAS: Th3 Marble Hill Nuclear Power Plant Site is with Saluda

. Township, entirely and

2. WHEREAS: ALL of the residente of Saluda Township live within five miles . of bhrble Hill and

3. WHEREAS: This Township faces increasin6 concern regardin5 the i'

health and Safety of the Citezens of Saluda Township with thecon-tinued construction at Marble Hill and 4 WHEREAS: The Marble Hill Contractors and Public Service Co. Indian have demonstra'ted an alarming disregard for the Health and Safety of our citezene in the public record of the fiasco of construction prob-1sms at Marble Hill and

5. </H.:REAS : ciITH A Claes 9 acaldent with rapid containment breach, thie Township would be lef t largely to its own devises in moving forthe cacrgoncy emar6ency help to our citezens and 6 WHEREAS: This Township has no reasonable way to consider adequate plan"ing for emergency response to an emergercy at Marblo Hill, and needed continuous monitoring of in-operation radioactive emiesions and

7. ,uER5as: Saluda Township has minimal confidence in the Federal Government, The State of Indiana and Jefferson County, Indiana to properly addrese the health and Safety concerne of Saluda Townehip and 8 WHEREAS: These same concerns have been repeatedly noted and record-ed.... and lar6 ply iSnored....
