This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Shell of your staff and myself concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for May 14, 1997, at 10:30 a.m. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC  :

Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street SW, Suite 23T85, Atlanta GA, 30303. The aurpose of this meeting is to discuss the Operational Perforrtance of the Sequoyah I Jnits, including performance during the Unit 1 Cycle 8 refueling outage. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340).
