m Secretary of the Comission U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission Washington, D.C. 20555 Re: Docket #50-466 October 9, 1978 I am writing in reference to the proposed Allen's Creek Nuclear Power Project, and respectfully submit my petition for leave to intervene in the construction permit proceedings.
As a resident of Houston, living only 30 miles from the plant, I am concerned about the safety, health and environ-mental aspects of the power plant.
