The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated March 31,1997. The request proposes to modify Section 2.1.2,3/4.1.1, and Technical Specification Bases 2.1 of the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) Technical Specifications to allow a change to the Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has determined that this change has minimal impact to plant safety and, therefore, has no
